Bespoke retreat days and wellbeing experiences can also be created around your team, location and objectives, incorporating sound, movement, breathwork and additional practitioners where required.
All on-location bookings begin at £550 and include preparation, setup and reserved event time. Travel and additional requirements are quoted depending on location and scope.

Christmas Team Wellbeing
A quieter way to bring your team together this Christmas.
A private two hour wellbeing experience designed to create space to slow down, reset, and reconnect before the year ends.
Available at Resonate Studio near Henley-on-Thames for small teams of up to 20, or brought to your London office, venue or event space.
The experience can include guided reflection, gentle yoga, movement and breathwork, an immersive sound experience with crystal bowls and gongs, followed by time to relax and connect over snacks, afternoon tea treats or individual lunch options.
