Resonate Studio is a private sound bath studio set within a beautifully restored barn at my home in the peaceful countryside just outside Henley-on-Thames—just one hour from London.
Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, breathwork and guided relaxation, each session supports nervous system regulation, deep rest and a greater sense of connection to yourself.
Alongside weekly and monthly group sessions, private 1:1 sound healing sessions offer a more personalised experience tailored to your individual needs.
Held by Zoe, Resonate Studio is a space to pause, reconnect and become part of a like-minded community.
